Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Bobbin and Spool use Royal Mail tracked delivery services and standard delivery service costs are £4.95 for the UK only. UK delivery includes Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Sadly it no longer includes shipping to Northern Ireland. We are currently unable to implement the changes needed to comply with the new GPSR regulations but we hope for a solution that will enable that again.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Please get in touch with your local delivery office in case of non-delivery.

Likewise, we cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions you give to the delivery company e.g. you ask for your order to be left in a different location to the one given at the time of your order.

We do not offer credit or refunds for lost packages.

For those local to Downton, Salisbury, we provide a complimentary collection service. Please tick the “Pick up” option when ordering and fill out the ‘Get in Touch’ form after your purchase to arrange this.
