Returns & refunds

In the unlikely event you are not happy with part or all of your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for return or refund options. Beyond 14 days of purchase, you may not be eligible for a refund.

We will not accept returns without prior approval. You can contact us using the ‘Get in Touch’ page. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned in its original condition and where possible still with original packaging and tags.

It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item in the event the package fails to reach us.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. If all of the order has been returned in its original condition, you will be reimbursed the cost of the items returned and the standard outbound shipping costs. If only part of the order is returned, there will be no reimbursement of outbound shipping costs.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed to otherwise.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please notify us through ‘Get in Touch’ on the website so we can reach a satisfactory resolution.

E-gift cards are not refundable.
