How long will it take to receive a ready-made item?
Your item will be dispatched using the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service and is expected to arrive within 3-5 working days. Should it not reach you after 7 working days from the order confirmation email, please contact me through the 'Get in Touch' section on the website.
How long will it take to receive a custom-made item?
This may vary depending on the availability of the fabrics and hardware chosen. Before the order is confirmed you will be given an approximate time for production and delivery, but it is anticipated that this will usually be within 2-6 weeks.
Can I return ready-made items?
I hope you’ll be very happy with your order. However if there is a problem with your order or you have changed your mind please ‘Get in Touch’ via the website and I will provide you with a return address.
Please note you are responsible for paying returns shipping costs unless there is a fault with the order.
Please note refunds are not offered on custom orders, unless they are faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and within 14 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please be aware that there is often a few days processing time with your bank or card issuer before a refund is processed.

Can I return my custom-made item?
Custom-made items are made to your specification and so unfortunately you cannot return it, unless it is faulty or not what you asked for. In that case please ‘Get in Touch’ via the website and I can discuss returning it.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, e-gift cards are available to purchase and delivered instantly. They can be used for any in-stock items. They are valid for three years from the purchase date. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout, to ensure the e-gift card is sent to the intended recipient. You can purchase them here.
Be aware that the e-gift card email may be blocked or directed to a spam folder so do check these folders before raising an issue with delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can make secure online payment with American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit. When paying by card, payment is taken at the time your order is placed.
The item I want is out of stock, will another be available soon?
Each item is one-of-a-kind. Items may be made of the same style but with different fabrics, colours, hardware or finishes. If you would like a specific item made in a different pattern or fabric you may be able to pre-order. Simply provide details on the ‘Get in touch’ page to discuss the possibility of a custom-made order.
What if the item is not the colour expected?
Colour brightness and saturation can vary greatly on electronic screens. I strive to capture the true colours of the product by taking photos in natural light but there may be variances between the actual product and the electronic screen.
Why do you use pre-loved fabric and sustainable fabrics?
Unfortunately, an abundance of excellent fabric already exists that ends up in landfills. The fashion industry is often cited as a major polluter. I don’t wish to contribute to that, and so I carefully select high-quality, durable, pre-loved fabrics that outlive fleeting fashion trends. Combining these with new, sustainably sourced fabrics, I enhance the variety of product offerings, ensuring each item is distinctive.

Can I collect my item if I live locally?
Absolutely. If you live locally I am happy to arrange in-person collection of your item. Ensure you select the correct delivery and dispatch method at checkout and contact me via ‘Get in Touch’ to arrange collection.
