Hello, rainy days… 🐾

The weather has certainly changed over the last few weeks. The rainy days are back, and while some of us might be tempted to stay indoors, dog owners know there’s no escaping walkies!

It got me thinking about how many of us get our daily exercise simply by walking the dog. As a nurse, I often tell my patients that it’s not necessarily what exercise you do, but that you do something regularly — and for many, the dog is the perfect motivation.
