August is giving me a little more breathing space at Bobbin & Spool, with just one market in the diary and time to start thinking about the Autumn collection.

We’ve just returned from a family trip to Morocco, and I’ve come home inspired by the colours, patterns and textiles.

Then I looked through my own fabric cupboards and realised something…

I’ve been collecting Moroccan-inspired colours and prints for years without even realising it!

So I’m starting to play with those fabrics alongside some of my favourite rescued and designer remnants, and I’m excited to see where they take the new collection.

There’s also been a very special milestone to celebrate: Bobbin & Spool has been named Bespoke Accessory Brand of the Year in the Prestige Awards 2025/2026.
